Meet the Founder

How it works

Discover the beauty of Orthodoxy Christianity.

We believe in the right balance to pray, work and study. Following the Celtic model, we seek to develop seminarians that truly love Jesus and wish to spread his Gospel to the world.

Following a Christocentric model, we place Jesus at the forefront of our formation, delving into the roots of the Divine Liturgy and tying everything back to the God-Man who has risen from the Dead.

Ascetical Discipline

Our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, providing one-on-one guidance and support. We help to develop asceticism in our seminarians and help them growth in their walk with Jesus.

Liturgical Depth

Seminarians work with their local pastor to learn the liturgy and to develop close relationships with their local parish. While also learning the theological underpinnings of the Divine Liturgy.

Orthodox Teaching

Our experienced teachers conduct classes via pre-recorded lectures and are available for one on one sessions if needed to help understand the material.

Spiritual Mentorship

Our coaching sessions are designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and emotional resilience needed for a smoother transition into this new chapter of life.

Discover your calling, Dream Big.

At St. Finnian’s Seminary, students awaken their spiritual vocation, daring to dream boldly through disciplined formation and global Orthodox service. The seminary teaches the Orthodox faith as it has been handed down through the ages at a cost that is affordable to all persons seeking and Orthodox education.
